Studio Rates
Studio A (Higher-End)
Student/Youth Rate (Valid student ID required / Anyone under 25): $35/hr
Community Rate (Artists & Non-Profit Artistic Organizations): $50/hr
Corporate Rate (SMEs & Corporate Businesses): $75/hr
Studio B (Lower-End)
Student/Youth Rate (Valid student ID required / Anyone under 25: $35/hr
Community Rate(Artists & Non-Profit Artistic Organizations):$40/hr
Corporate Rate (SMEs & Corporate Businesses): $55/hr
Important Notes
A $50 clean-up fee is applied to all studio rentals exceeding 3 hours.
At least one (1) staff member / technician is always present during all rental periods.
Age Policy: Any renter or guest 17 years of age and below must be accompanied by at least one adult to use the studio.

Notes:
A displacement fee of $40/hr (1-hour minimum) applies.
An equipment handling fee of $75 is applied to all offsite bookings.
Important: For bookings requiring more than one technician, please advise us in advance. Pricing will scale based on the number of technicians required.

Consultation & Booking Process
Required Consultation
To ensure we best serve your needs, we require a consultation meeting prior to any booking. Consultations can be held online (via Zoom, Teams, etc.) or in our studios and must be scheduled 2-3 weeks before your intended rental date.
Securing Your Booking
After our consultation, you will receive a detailed estimate within 3-5 business days. To secure your booking dates, a signed approval of the estimate and a 25% non-refundable deposit are required. This deposit is due at least one week (7 days) before your project date.
